At LuxPetVero, we are committed to delivering premium pet products to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–12 Business Days
  • Canada: 7–15 Business Days
  • United Kingdom: 5–12 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 Business Days
  • Europe: 7–15 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 10–20 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
  • Orders below $50 will have shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information if this occurs.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
